A job that works employees for 14 to 16 hours a day with no AC and makes them punch in and out on all breaks to cover up the slave labor is a prime example of labor laws that need to be addressed in Mississippi. They push production in order to get bonuses and do not share those bonuses with the laborers. Sad affair indeed. I do not nor have worked here, however I do provide transportation for someone who does.
I've been an employee here since September 16th, 2016. I thoroughly enjoy working for this company. I'm not going to sit here and baldface lie and say that it's butterflies and rainbows all the time but it's not supposed to be, it's work. But as with any place of employment worth working for as long as you do what's asked of you and stay productive you will enjoy your workday. I've established myself rather quickly by proving that I'm an asset to the company and that is by design. Overall it's a great place to work with decent hours, great benefits and even better people. I plan retiring with this company
