This is by far, the worst jewelry store I have ever stepped foot in. I was slandered, physically abused, humiliated and my fiance was also verbally abused and humiliated during her phone call to the store when she was inquiring of the status of the repair of the ring. Never in my life have I been so shocked at such a childish and vulgar example of customer service and care. Any person that is in the market for jewelry would be wise to avoid this location at all cost.

After meeting with the owner of this store, I was convinced to leave my fiance's engagement ring for resizing. After getting the ring back, three of the diamonds were loose and one of them fell out and was lost. After politely discussing this with Don Lawrence (the owner), I was never allowed to finish my sentences from being cut off during my dialogue with him. I politely informed him that because of the fact that they claim to be a professional jeweler, that they should have alerted me to the fact that potentially losing any of the diamonds was a possibility. After all, if you take your car in for service, it is often times that the mechanic will alert you to a problem and suggest that it be fixed. The owner did not agree with this analogy and during our entire conversation (which was 99% of him doing all of the talking), never once did he look me in the eye and his sentences were not clear or communicative. Most of his dialogue consisted of laughter and broken speech which in itself, was very curious to me. The price I was quoted (for replacing the missing diamond) was around ten times the price I was quoted from other jewelry stores. When he asked what I wanted to do, I politely said that I would like to take the ring somewhere else. It was at this time Don (the owner) very abruptly turned around, got the ring in the envelope and literally threw it on the counter so hard that it bounced. He then said "there you go" and turned around and walked away. I was shocked to say the very least. After gathering myself for a few seconds, I calmly said to one of the employees "That was not very nice" and turned and walked away. A few steps later I turned back and said "And also, I do not appreciate that he told my fiance over the phone earlier today that (and I quote) "this ring is trash." I then turned and walked to the door. It was at this time that Don (the owner) ran up behind me into my close personal space and said "may I show you the door?" at which time I politely said "no, I am fine" and continued to walk out of the store.
