I am from Wisconsin but was in Mississippi traveling around the state for work. In the middle of quite a long drive, the serpentine belt on my work truck broke and left me unable to continue working until it was fixed. I got a hotel for the night and contacted Carl Cook in the morning. Carl and his father were spectacular. They were honest and friendly, and took care of me right away. They checked and cleaned all of the pulleys to make sure there were no additional issues, and had a new belt on in no time. While I waited, Carl's father was a delight to speak to, and I was happy to find a family owned shop that really takes pride in what they do. If you're either a local looking for a great shop for regular maintenance or a weary traveler stranded 900 miles from home, I can't recommend Cook's Garage enough to keep you on the road.
